The three parts of a Proving Ground mission are as follows:
Challenge: The primary objective of Helldivers that is to be completed. Similar to the objectives of the main game such as rescue civilians or activate SAM-sites.
Modifier: A modifier would change things up and forces Helldivers to stay focused. For instance, a city can be struck by an unexpected orbital bombardment or the power might run out, leaving the map in complete darkness.
Condition: The Helldiver's loadout is primarily affected by conditions, such as shotguns only, only defensive tactics, or maybe a new weapon every time you reload!
During a Galactic Campaign, three separate Proving Grounds are accessible, and they become available as the campaign goes on. Each of the three Proving Grounds resets at the campaign's completion.
