SMS Verification:

To ensure the security of your transaction and prevent unauthorized purchases, we may require SMS verification before you complete your order. We will ask you to provide your phone number, for a one-time verification code via SMS. This code is used to verify your identity and confirm that the purchase is being made by you. The information you provide during the verification process, including your phone number, is used solely for the purpose of confirming your identity and completing your transaction and will not be stored afterwards (unless you enter your phone number to your Voidu account from account settings for completeness). For SMS verification, we use a third-party that is industry standard and handles your personal data in a secure manner. This process is based on our legitimate interests.

Invoicing

We use your personal information for the purpose of invoicing and processing transactions related to your purchases. When you make a purchase, we use details such as your full name, billing address, date of your purchase, phone number (if applicable) order ID and payment information (i.e. payment method) to generate and send an invoice, as well as to complete the transaction securely. This information is used for invoicing, payment processing, and compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.
In order to manage the purchases and orders, we also operate a dashboard where we can see all the purchases made. The dashboard includes your email address, order ID, IP address, status of the order, affiliate code (if applicable), name of the product, payment method and amount and date and time of the order.
As mentioned above, we retain transaction data for record-keeping and accounting purposes.

Voidu Cash

We process the amount of money that you spend on purchase transactions for our Loyalty program where Voidu Member receives loyalty points to spend and discount further purchases based on performance of contract. Your voidu cash data will be stored for as long as your account exists.

Analytics

We use analytics services to understand which features you like in our Services following changes to the website. For this purpose, we process information about your device, request data (including the URL of the current webpage and the website visited before) and special event data (for example if you purchase gamekeys). We also process your full IP address to allow us to better understand how you use our Services and to improve our websites.
By activating IP anonymisation on Voidu for Google Analytics, the IP address is shortened prior to transmission within the EEA or in other states party to the Agreement on the EEA.
We process this information based on your consent, provided in the consent pop-up which will be shown to you when you access Voidu for the first time.

Marketing and User Acquisition

We provide advertisements for our Services to user acquisition companies which show these advertisements on their websites or in their networks. If you click on advertisements shown to you on a third-party website or in a third-party network, you will be redirected to our Website where you can use our Services. Advertisement ID, url visited and IP address will be received from the user acquisition company. We will process this personal data based on consent.

Affiliate Marketing

We work with affiliates who may operate as websites or blogs, apps or other digital products such as a social media page. Affiliates promote our Services on their platform and can earn commissions or payouts if you discover our Services from the affiliate platform and purchase a game. This requires for the financial interests of all the parties involved that your journey from the affiliate platform to completion of a transaction on Voidu should be trackable and verifiable. We track your actions by using technologies such as cookies, tracking codes and pixels. All are bits of computer code that enable companies like us to collect or receive information from your visits to websites, and in some cases, store identifiers or other information on your device.
We provide our affiliates a special URL that ends with their name so that the URL is distinguishable from other access to the Voidu website (such as voidu.com/affiliate name instead of only voidu.com). This unique URL enables us to understand that you reached Voidu via an affiliate so that your actions should be tracked for a potential commission payment. Upon reaching the Voidu website via a special URL, we are placing tracking cookies to your browser based on your consent. With the placement of the cookies, we can identify you in a way that is distinguishable from the others (i.e. as an affiliate user) and we can track and analyze your behaviour on Voidu. Based on your purchases, we share a commission with the affiliate.
